1. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is approved. While payment is in progress, seats are held for 30 minutes; if the hold lapses without payment, the booking expires and the seats are released.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card data.

You may pay in the currency selected on the site (JPY, BRL, USD, EUR or RUB). Prices in currencies other than yen are calculated at the exchange rate of the booking day plus the processor's conversion fee. The amount shown at confirmation is the amount charged.

Pay-on-site bookings remain pending until payment in yen at the meeting point.

2. Price, participants and data

Prices are per person unless the tour page states otherwise. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The contact details you provide (name, e-mail, phone) are used to operate the tour and communicate about your booking, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Cancellation and refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, Tokyo time (JST): 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 24 hours before the start, or in case of no-show, no refund is due.
• Date or time changes are free up to 24 hours before the start, subject to availability. No changes after that.
• If Tokyo Drift Tour cancels a departure (severe weather, official alert, safety, minimum number of participants), you choose between a new date or a 100% refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, in the charged currency, within 10 business days of the request; the time to appear depends on your bank.

You can cancel in “My account” on the site or through the contact channels below. The date and time of the request are recorded.

4. Participation and safety

Experiences take place on public roads and circuits, driven by professional drivers. Follow the crew's instructions, wear your seat belt and stay in the vehicle when asked.

Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed. Behaviour that endangers the group leads to removal of the participant without refund.

For self-drive experiences a licence valid in Japan (Japanese licence or a recognised International Driving Permit) must be presented before departure.

5. Liability

Tokyo Drift Tour holds the insurance required by Japanese law for the activity. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect booking details, participant delays or force majeure.

Routes, vehicles and times may be adjusted for traffic, weather or safety while preserving the nature of the experience.

6. Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms; the version accepted at the time of booking is the one that applies to it. Japanese law governs. If translations differ, the English version prevails.
